Let me just say Straley Realtor, namely Bill, the owner and the agent that sold my son and his wife a house. Apparently, once you received your commission on the house, you don't care how you treat your customers. They never received the keys on the day they were suppose to, the owners still had their stuff at my son's house, which was suppose to be taken off the property last night. In my opinion, this is now my sons property and anything left on this. You unprofessionally hung up on my son when we said we wanted the keys and could not wait any longer as we had family members and a u-haul full ,ready to move on the day you told us it was available and according to the contract date . Let's just say we were losing patience with you and the previous owners as you kept saying "I'll get back with you, the owner is not answering her phone." How ridiculous and unprofessional a response from you.
You sold a house you should be responsible for the new owners of this house. These people still have stuff on my son's property as of today, when they had 30 DAYS from when they signed the contract. Now the appliances don't work, because you didn't want to take the time to come to the house and go over after we received the keys. How unprofessional!!!! So what do we do now, I guess my son will now have to deal with a lawyer in trying to get things accomplished between your real estate company and the previous owners,because your real estate company does not care. I don't usually write a bad review, but you have treated them very unfair from the beginning or let's say as soon as you received your commission on the house.
